For the S13, the sunroof and power windows share the same feed off one side of an ignition relay. The ignition relay is located under the dash on the driver's side. The power from the battery that feeds this leg of the ignition relay also contains a branch circuit that feeds the door lock timer, and thus the door locks. In addition, this feed also contains a "circuit breaker" that is located in the fuse block under the dash on the driver's side. The "fusible link" should be in the fuse and relay box adjacent to the battery. Bottom line, it appears there are 2 possible culprits (fuse and fusible link) that could affect the sunroof, power windows, and door locks.
