Fuse cover missing, need help!

So it seems its common to be missing the drivers side kick panel fuse cover on S13's as neither me nor a friend have one. I have managed to blow out fuses 2 and 18, number 2 is one up from the bottom on the left row of fuses and number 18 is 3 down from the top on the right row. I would GREATLY appreciate it if someone who had the kick panel could tell me what those fuses are labeled in order to expedite the process of figuring out whats causing the problem. Thanks!

Still no help? This will take you three minutes but save me at least an hour of tracking **** down...I'd REALLY appreciate it if someone could check for me!

The second one from the bottom on the left side is Meter 10A.The third one from the top on the right side is Room Lamp 10A.

I guess it maybe common to be missing the cover, but I have two for some odd reason.
