fuse box?

This might be a stupid question but....can someone tell me where the fuse box is i cant find it lol.

drivers kickpanel, it's kinda up above the bottom of the dash and the panel that covers the fuses can be tricky to remove, and even then it's hard as h*ll to see and replace the fuses, not one of nissan finer engineering jobs

There's also two fuse/relay boxes under the hood on a 1990. One up front one the fender well on the drivers side. Then a little one on the passenger side infront of the battery.
