Fuse box problem

Well my issue is the fuse box with the EGI pump relay in it seems to be not functioning right. My relays don't really work very good even tho i have changed them already. I have to give them a couple taps to get my motr started sometimes. I'm thinking i might have a wiring problem in the fuse box, i was hoping some of you guys who come across this have some input for me. Thanx
