Fuse Box Near Battery Removal??

Hey guys, im in the process of stripping my engine bay to paint it. Long story short the battery tray is rusted out and i want to fix it but i need to get that small fuse box out the way.

I've tried to do some research on how to do it but nothing and it seems simple but to me i just don't understand it lol, any help please?

Like, full on removal? I'm pretty sure you'd have to de-pin it. As far as getting it loose from the fender though, should just be those two bolts.
