Fuse box from a 89 Auto different than a Silvia's or 90 hatch Manual?

Hello guys, I've ran into a problem. This is the harness I have, it's the 1 that plugs into the fuse box.

Sorry, couldn't figure out how to post more than 1 pic! This is the fuse box in my 89 Coupe with power windows and HUD. It's totally different from my 90 hatch. I no longer have the harness from my 89 so I have to make the 1 I have work. What I wanna know is, if I switch my main fuse boxes and wiring from my 90 to 89 will it work? If you have any ideas on what to do, please let me know.. Thank you

Come on you guys, almost 30 people have read this and not 1 have an Idea for me? This is my only hold up and this will be running hopefully this weekend..
