Fuse box connections

Ok well I got my motor in and for the most part wired up but im not sure about how to hook up the fuse box on the passenger side and how to wire up my starter and alternator. Any one have any pics of how they wired it? There is a gray plug coming out of the box that plugs into the alternator but im not sure if it plugs into there or the gray plug from the lower wire harness. BTW this is a S1 RB25det, into a 90 s13 and im using the KA lower harnesss. Thanks.
