Hello

1992 SE. When I start my car, after a few seconds, something in the kick panel fuse box starts buzzing. I only drove it around the block but it seemed that it would do it more when I turned and less when I got some speed. I cant really seem to locate exactly what is buzzing but if anyone knows what it could possible be let me know. thanks for any help,

micah

check the relays it is most likely one of those making and braking contact rapidly. it may be the relay or it could be a wiring problem with the ground or power supplied to it. when the buzzing is happening touch the relays one at a time till you feel the one with the strongest vibration.

It is most likely the relays. For some reason my car was doing that right after i finished my swap. My dad told me to tighten the battery terminals, and i looked at him kinda confused like. I checked them and they were loose...for some reason that makes them click. Anyway, try checking that out

Well I went and dug around a little and I think there is a buzzing relay. It was getting dark so I only had time to get the cover to the fusebox off. But I believe I could feel it was coming fron underneath the fuse board behind the panel. Does anyone know what relays are down there.

thanks,micah

I am unsure what type they are and curious to find out, but there are like 4 behind the fuse block. A total ***** to get out though

Burning,

A lot of times those buzzing sounds are from a "low voltage" situation. Make sure you have a good battery, tight connections, good ground. Hope this helps. Good luck.
