fuse blows for windsheild wipers

i searched hard and found nothing really...

heres the deal.i have the wire plugs disconnected from the motor and the wiper stalk thingy.... put a fuse in with KOEO and the fuse pops... so i think it has something to do with the wiring.. i dont see any opens or shorts in any wires anywhere... please help i need to get my car out of my friends house and its pretty much blizzard here haha

any advice or what to do next would be awesome..

check the motor and the wires of fluid resovoir for the wipers i had the same problem .
