fuse blown or something else?

My climate control LCD lights work, but the buttons don't light up. The hazard flashers button, rear defrost button don't light up, either.

I assumed that since all of these were in close proximity to one another, it was probably a fuse, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Anyone know if it is probably a blown fuse, and if so, where it is located?
