Fuse behind the dead pedal keeps going out that controls the VDC off light, slip, ABS and brake light?

Ok, first, I'm not 100% sure the brake light is out and I'm too lazy to go check right now. Does anyone know why this 15W fuse would keep needing to be replaced? I also have a SES light that says an O2 sensor needs to be replaced, but it originally said sensor 1 needed to be replaced, so I replaced it, and now it says sensor 2 on the same bank needs to be replaced. I had some catalytic converters installed a few years ago that are very nonrestrictive to the flow of exhaust and the dealership said I need to have those replaced because the oxygen sensors aren't reading the exhaust right because the sensors aren't getting the correct exhaust flow angle or rate...........The SES light didn't come on until a few years after I had the catalytic converters installed, so it wouldn't be due to them, correct?
