I have blue footwell LEDs and looking to add some more lights, however I just BSed my way through wiring them in and I wanted to do it the right way before progressing onto other mods.

All my lights and pos / neg wires are all taped together with an unsecure switch. It looks wonderful but if you actually look at the wiring job it's hideous. They are hooked up to my FR Power Socket fuse (interior fuse box) and my positive wire is just like sandwiched with the fuse. IDK how it is really supposed to be done but that's what I did.

If any of you can shed some light on how to use fuse holders (mounting, how to apply wires), how to wire from battery to cabin, and other misc stuff like that to make sure I don't set my car on fire would be super appreciated. I will take pictures soon so you know what I'm talking about

thank you in advanceRob.Vegan

dude just run the wires to a switch, then run it to the battery with a fuse inline.

I saw a fire in my friends car because of faulty wiring, its not pretty...
