Even though my car has 232K miles, it still feels new. I've sometimes thought that it was rebuilding itself because it doesn't seem to age.

Also, I've only suffered two mechanical failures from 194K to 232K, the first was a burned out license plate bulb and the second was the ABS relay.

Well, I ordered the part and it comes today and I open the package and then the next time I drive the car.... the ABS/ TRAC lights are not lit!!

I'm ashamed that I doubted her.

Very nice! The Y33's certainly do have impeccable reliability it seems. While arguably less of a drivers car (stock vs stock) than other Q's, the reliability is certainly there.

Would be nice to have one as a daily driver.

Wow! I guess I don't have to worry about picking up that corrolla I was thinking about.

Thanks for sharing.

EDIT: mind sharing what you had to change during the ownership of the car. I would guess KS and harness, possibly one or two injectors...

I forgot about the valve cover gaskets and K/S. I gues that makes four repairs-what a piece of s**t!!

I spoke too soon on the ABS relay, the lights came back on today but that actually made me feel better as I had already bought the part.

10 minutes start to finish and no more lights.

I've also done all the fluids, brakes and entire front suspension but I did these for fun and preventative measures.

Nice only 4 things went wrong. So I guess the most pita was the KS and the harness right?

Thanks for replying to my post Andy and goodluck with the Q.
