Actually, it was originally done by people that didn't like George W. Bush, as it liked to the President of the United States' homepage...it just so happened that the "Google Bomb" wasn't diffused until Obama took office, so naturally, when the change of president occured, the page link was still the same, but it had Obama on it instead...
