Im bored at work, and I think this is funny and it can happen to anyone . So I installed my autometer water temp gauge the other day. And I have every power accessory under it's own switch in the car, just cause I like it like that and I like that control. Don't do this if u have a bad memory though hehe.

Well anyways Im driving to work today, I looked at my gauge and the needle was all the way to the right like way past 250. I was like AHHHHHH So I looked at the stick gauge and it was normal. Come to find out one of my grounds fell off ooops. But can you imagine the heart attack I almost had seeing that my car was at 350F. :p

Did that driving my Skyline around base one time over on Okinawa. Accept my water pump took a crap and I had actually boiled all the water in my radiator. I let her cool down and drove her home slowly with the heater on and swapped out the pump. Those RB20's are resilient.

That happened to me last week in my Accord. I was at Wendy's drive-through and the lady was like "your car is smoking" so I looked at the hood and saw steam. I figured the hood was steaming because of the rain. I pulled out the parkling lot and almost had a heart attack when I saw the needle at red. oh no3s!! warped head. Nope, wasnt that bad. Heater hose took a crap Good thing I replaced all the water hoses on my KA-T after I disassembled the intake manifold.
