Funny sound

I have an auto and when it kicks into 2nd gear i can hear a funny sound.

i cant hear it in first gear only in second while in drive...

it sounds like something opening....when i hit the gas then let off the gas it sounds like something opening and closing....something metallic...

i have no clue what it is or could be so im hopeing one of youse can help...

how can i check what it is?

i put the car in park and tried pressing the gas quickly then letting off but it doesnt make the sound at all.... like i said only while in second gear while driving..

any ideas?

does it make the sound of you start off in second? does it feel as if it's slipping? fluid and filter good?
