it's really easy if the fenders are all ready gone. if not, it's just going to take a little more time. i'm just goint to assume that the fenders are not on.
if you want to save the wiring harness and connectors, unplug and pull those out from the car - not from the door as that would be time consuming. if you're reusing your stuff, just cut the harness.
at this point in time, if you can roll the windows down, you probably should. it's not necessary, but it makes things a lot easier and you don't have to worry as much about breaking the window.
proceed to pull the pin from the guide/stopper with some pliers/vicegrips. now there are two bolts each for both of the swingarms (for lack of a better term) (two upper and two lower). i believe the bolts are 14mm - if not they're 12. once the bolts are out, just give the door a jerk (up or down) or open the door all the way until the swingarms break loose.
that's it. with no fenders it should take you about 5 minutes per door.
