Funny angry facebook message I recieved. Vent

Backstory:

This b**** said the school I went to "didn't deserve to be called a university" and for some reason, on that particular day, it struck a nerve.

So I responded with "Says someone who's in the Kim Kardashian fanclub on facebook..." Not too insulting, just wanted to respond with something that I thought was funny at the time

One week later I recieve this:

"Says someone that couldn't get into a real school like Virginia Tech, UVA or Georgetown. So seriously f*** you and do not pass judgment on people you don't know; it's low class and poor taste. You are exactly one of the reasons VCU is not a good school and why I cannot stand the trash here."

So I respond:

"Haha. Seriously, you're hurting my feelings. It's funny to get called low class and trashy by someone attacking me via facebook message. I've never been lectured about poor taste by someone who said "f*** you" to me over the internet. You're a riot.

So I suppose anyone not going to one of the three schools you mentioned is "trash". I could just as easily say "Why couldn't you get into an ivy league school? Too stupid?".

I just can't believe how superior you are. You're just mad because someone called you out on an embarrasingly arrogant statement that you made that was totally uncalled for. I would love for you to say why VCU doesn't meet the requirements to be considered a University. Go ahead, I'll wait.

Or better yet, just keep me out of your future internet bickerings.

Well Im not sure about that actually,

The whole thing stemmed from one her friends being upset with my school because she was having a hard time getting into or registering for the nursing program.

It says on her facebook that she went to VT and Georgetown, which are undoubtedly very good schools, but is that any reason to walk around s***ting on everyone else? I didnt apply to any other schools for my own reasons. Why is it her business?

Anyway, I just hate her whole superior attitude, so I tried to pwn her without cursing at her at all, make her feel like an idiot.

My sister went to VCU there, hated it.

My friend went there as well and got mugged and stabbed like first couple weeks there.

VCU is usually complained about by people I know. I am sure lots of people love going there, but I yet to hear someone admit it.

I went/ should finish going to NSU, now that IS a school that should quit while its behind. Tell her to rag on that place instead it makes me sad That I paid them money and probably will again to get my stupid piece of paper.

I'll be the first to admit that the school has its share of problems. I can't speak about the other schools at VCU, but the Engineering school is as good as it could possibly be for being roughly only 10 years old. There's really no comparison with other school's programs that have been around for a century or more.

Just about every semester that I can remember has had 1-2 people get robbed or stabbed or shot, but that's what happens when you're walking drunk through the park at 2:00 a.m. Not to say that this was the case for your friend, and I'm sorry to hear it happened, do you know the circumstances of his attack?

But violence is no reason to judge a university, or Virginia Tech would be ranked the worst in the country, for obvious reasons.

Yeah but Richmond has a very nice resume of crime compared to Blacksburg.

My friend is an ex-bouncer, now bartender. Not a little Guy but he got stabbed outta nowhere then robbed, had the knife not been a factor he would have hurt some one seriously.

VT would not be ranked worst for Violence from a single incident, albeit a horrible event, but not the most violent school by reasonable measure.
