Considering what other people have done to Hondas, that isn't bad I didn't say it was that great, but I don't think it could be considered a crime against humanity like others I've seen. Maybe I've just raised my bar on what I consider horrible.

Actaully i ve seens a jetta with dual exhaust, but the sedond muffler was just welded on to nothing, meaning just for look. teh loser blew his engine on nitrous thankfully.

yeah well most new import cars, such as that cougar and for i.e. the new accord v6, sure they have "dual exhausts" but it's not a true dual. True dual exhausts come directly from the 2-in-1 headers. These new "dual exhausts" split near the end of the single exhaust pipe into two. It's pretty gay, it causes more backflow than helping the car exhale.

anyhow, the dual exhausts are mostly just for looks and sound rather then performance...a true dual would be a little less practical i think...i mean, 2 cats insetad of one...2 resonators instead of one (for sound control)

there are some pretty riced out cars at my school, ill snap some pictures and post them up, theyre among the worst ive seen, (cavalier LX, 300gt, crx)

and the worst part is, alot of people sortof know what i drive, and they come up to me and ask me if ive seen the new badass car in the parking lot, im like. "yeah, i got a good laugh, thanks for coming out."

Cougars do not come with a dual exhaust stock, at all. (the Anniversary one MIGHT, not sure) It's quite possible that the cougar has a true dual exhaust(if it's the V6 version of course)

my brothers 91 cougar is a v6, no duals for him, he might get a cat-back one he gets the V8 supercharged thunderbid motor, but not a dualie

my v6 has dual, so does the 350Z, the G35, the 300ZX, and a lot more

mines not quite a full on true dual, I have two pipes coming from one cat, a real dual has an h pipe with two cats, or just two seperate pipes.

the sad thing about those cars is that exhaust doesn't like to flow through curves, so the higher flowing mufflers are kind of a moot point on them if they're not gonna flow straight...
