just curious, my boost gauge at idle wiggles extremely fast between 19 and 20 vac. when you drive it does fine. and at idle, my coolant overfill bottle bubbles very small. like someone put a straw in it and is blowing real soft. but the car drives and idles normal.

this after the new headgasket?? check your compression, something seems wrong with the bubbling thing,, does it get stronger wen u rev it?? you may have a cracked block or head ro something, do a leak down and compression test

it stops when you rev it. were gonna do a leakdown test.
