funky smell

i had a problem with my radiator and my coolant tank burnt a little. i fixed the problem, but now under the hood of my car smells terrible like dead fish. is there any way i can deoderize it?

where can i get a steam cleaning at? sounds like it would take all the oil n other buildup off of an engine
