Hey, I should know this, and I shoulda searched....but I didnt. m lazy. (yeah, im a mod....I worked 12 hours today...so nya) anyways, heres the beef:-I can find plenty of "OE" C/F hoods, and evens ome OE FRP hoods...good for weight savings.-I found the JUN vented hood, but its like 900 dollars.

so...I am looking for a functional, good quality, vented(radiator vent) FRP or C/F hood, thats not "super show" IE, big and gaudy...(preferably under 800 dollars)

someones gotta know where someone makes/carries these!thanks!-chet

http://www.autoimaging.comM Sports makes a nice FRP vented hood. it is a simple hood with one opening for the radiator. there are many hoods just like this in Japan but we dont seem to get any of them here in USA

If you can get your hands on the JUN hood, i'd say go for it. Yeah its pricey, but you get what you pay for... and from the pics, its looks functional but not overboard on the venting like a VIS vented hood or something similar.Another idea is to get an OE style CF hood and vent it yourself... only problem there is you would have to paint it to hide the chop unless you area really crafty with CF
