Fun with vacuum lines.

Ok, took of my manifold to do some stuff the other day, and I didn't mark the vacuum lines on the back side of the manifold. The lines hook up to 4 different copper lines that are bolted to the lower manifold. The copper connectors are arranged in a pattern like this (red line is the general location of the firewall, tally marks are so you can see which is what between the top and side views):



The lines I have to connect to those are the manifold vacuum source, the line going to the EGR valve, and these two other lines that come from somwehre on the plate behind the head. I'll just call the one on the inside of the other the "Inner Line", and the outside one the "Outer Line".

Could somebody be so kind as to tell me how to hook these damn things back up? The picture in the FSM is completely useless. It's a 1991 KA24DE, by the way.
