Update:

Finished the front brakes yesterday and all is well...

Pulled the rear wheels this AM and removed the Left Side pads... Almost metal to metal...

On to the Right Side... I notice the pads are almost as thick as New pads... Humm... Went to loosen the top Pin and the Head broke off... OH NO!!!Seems the Pin has been frozen, and the caliper hasn't moved in a Coon's age... Soaked whats left of the Pin with PB Blaster... I'll try and get it out tomorrow... What a PITA.

Caliper seems OK, but I'm afraid the "Torque Member" is gonna be trashed... Don't seem like the Pin is gonna give ... Jeeze...

Sorry, had to vent...

Sounds Familiar. The right rear caliper on my 94' Q froze once upon a time. It may be that the caliper locked-up before the pin. Youy need to make sure that you have free movement in the caliper while you are taking care of the other items.
