heres the story i have a mazworx sleeved 90mm sr20det, 1/2 head studs, carrillo rods ect ect..

heres the dilema, i have a peakboost mani laying around and already sold my gt3071r.. so i can buy a full-race gt3567r aka t3/t67 and prolly max out under 700 hp and hopefully do a lil over 500 on pump. ORRRR save a little money sell my peakboost mani and get a twinscroll t4 mani and throw like a t4/t67 bb on there or like a twin scroll gt4088r.. but its a street car and i have no clue what kinda spool issues i should expect with a big t4

If its going to be a street only car i would go with a smaller 35r or even a gt3076 with twin scrool on either. Do you have a set hp goal or do you just want an insanely fast street car, anything in a t4 will have noticably more lag even in a t/s

i know the least i want is 600hp but im trying to figure out if its worth the extra lag to go t4 and hit close to 800hp

If your just going to be on the street that much power really isn't needed. I would stick with the 30 or 35. As far as im concerned anything bigger than a 35r should be a strict drag setup but to each his own

Borg Warner S370 with a T4 .83 ar housing or a GT4094.. You can get a GT35R but you will be pushing the hell out of it to hit 600whp. With the Mazworx block you shouldn't have any problem spooling the big turbos. I have a friend who has a 2.3L EVO with GT4094 and he makes 630whp on pump gas and 700+ on 116 at about 32 psi. That sounds like what you are looking for, personally I would call mazxorx and see what the suggest?

i can whater turbo that i want really... i just dunno if i wanna run such laggy turbos yet.. i dunno if the lag is worth the power.. nobody has experience t4 turbos on an sr? i was thinking maybe just keeping my peakboost mani and just use the gt3567r with nitrous. but if im already making the max power that the turbo is efficient to will exeding that power with the use of nitrous have any negative affects?

There is no way I would spray a GT35R on a $10K motor just to avoid a little lag. Put a Gt4094 on it and let it eat.

Why not just use nitrous off boost, to spool the turbo?

And, if you're brave enough, spray propane or nitrous into the exhaust manifold just before the turbo, instant spool. Hard as hell on the exhaust components (including the turbine), but it'll get it up to speed in a hurry!
