Full Throttle jurks on my ka24e?????

I bought the car and it drives find until I realized that at full throttle around 5-6 grand the cars does this thing.....The only way to describe it is its similar to cutting a car off at 75-80mph. The car does nothing while pressing the gas and then around 3200rpms it kicks back in like the problem dissapears. example: Im driving on the highway in 5th gear around 3000rpms at partial throttle. I decide to quickly move around a car by pressing the gas pedal to the floor or downshifting. around 5-6 grand or so the car just pretty much stops( like if it just cut off but its still running). During this time im slowing down while still pressing the gas until I get to 3200rpms. At that time the car seems as if it kicks back in. More like the problem stops at 3200rpms and the car goes back to normal.

Im also having issues with idling sometimes after driving it a while. The idle on the tach doesnt bounce or anything but the car sputters.

I have replaced:

1) the rotor button, cap and plugs(felt like an ignition problem)2)checked for all vaccum leaks and replaced the hoses that looked dry

Im clueless b/c the car isn't throwing a check engine light. I just recently fixed a leaky number 4 injector thinking that would fix everything but no. The speedo needles bouces around and does what it wants as well. But I know whats wrong with it. Can someone help me out. Im sure there are others that has had this problem
