Full Suspension Upgrade Sporty/Comfortable 00 I30

Long time since ive posted, used to have a 01 Max AE. I currently have a 00 I30 which is handling like crap. I know the lower control arm need replacing , but i figured let me upgrade everythign while im at it. Ive owed some great handling Prelude's, and I know my 01 Max was a nice sporty ride(LSD i know!)

Im looking to spend around $1k(parts). Not looking for much of a drop, maybe an inch max. What setup ups do you have(searching hasnt helped me that much). I remeber reading that a front STB and Rear sway helps out alot. What shock/strut combo would you recommend. Please keep in mind I am going to have a child so nothing to harsh, but i love speeding on off ramps so nothing too cushy.

Also, I remember reading about a place in Queens(NYC) that specializes in Maximas..anyone know who I am talking about and should i just go to them? My fraternity brother could probally install it all, but if they are highly recomended i may want to go that way..Thank you all in advance!

Personally I'd look for some Tien's for adjustability. If you value the factory ride then stay away from Eibach as they are much stiffer and harsh.
