Full-size spare for Quest?

If I purchase a full-size spare will it fit under the car in place of the donut? I feel like it might hang too low, has anyone done this on the Quest? I have a 2015.

The diameter should fit, but the OEM spare is a skinny sucker. The width of a 225/65-16 tire/wheel would cause it hang nearly 2x lower as you say. I've got a 2016.
