In case anyone was thinking of changing out their spare tire to a full size spare, here are some pictures of what you can expect putting a 20". This is from a 2015 Q70S 5.6L.
I ordered the gunmetal rim, since the hypersilver version is about double the price shipped. The full size spare does raise the board about 3"-4". Still able to fit a stroller along with one of those large rectangle storage bags and other misc emergency stuff. I had to deflate the tire a little bit to get it to fit completely. If i trimmed the rear plastic piece, it would go in smoother and the tire may not need to be deflated.
