That looks hawt! What did you do for an enclosure for the sub in your rear deck? Did you do all the work yourself? Looks very good. Congrats! How does it sound? Any rattling in the window?

the picture of the trunk with that black box is the box for the 10" sub it is mounted to the rear deck and it hangs into the trunk. Its perfect because i still have alot of trunk space. I had to cut a hole in the rear deck for the sub to hang down inside it which posed a problem since the stupid strut bars that hold the trunk up are there, i removed those and installed gas struts. Before i put the 3/4"mdf wood over the rear deck i put dynomat on the deck. Doors also dynomatted. There is ZERO rattles anywhere in the car. The bass is not to much just matches perfect with the other speakers. The sound is VERY clean, clear and loud at any volume. I did all the work myself and took just about 25hrs of labor.

I absolutely love this setup. I have had numerous friends with SpecV's in the past and I have suggested a setup exactly like this to them over and over again. I absolutely love it.

I cannot wait to look at the rear deck of my 08 Sentra to see if there is room for 2 8" subs in the Spec's that do not have the RF sound system.
