full boost???

just trying to get an idea of what everyone thinks is a good rpm range to hit full boost for a street car?? some people say lag dont matter, i hear others say lag is s*** and want quick spool up. so i would just like to hear everyones ideal rpm to hit full boost.

also is anybody running a hks 2530?? if so whats you hp and when do you hit full boost?? i heard it will produce around 340whp and hit full boost by 3500rpm. (thats what im talking about)
