full boost, spark cut off? rich afr

OK, so the last upgrades i did were a 3inch dp and 3inch piping with a less restrictive exhaust.

when i wot, and hit full boost, the car seems to cut off and the afrs are rich?

anything before 7psi, car runs good and pulls but when i hit 7psi, you can hear popping noise from the exhaust and car seems to hesitate when i hit full boost. ever since hearing the noise i dont hit 7psi.

i was reading a thread that had similar problems but it was for a ca18det.

could it be my spark? i have a walbro and adjustable fpr.

my spark plugs are the ngk bkr7e.

could it also be the tune? what i dont get is that under boost (below 7psi), afrs are fine but once i step on the pedal real quick and hit full boost the popping and hesitation occurs.

i dont hear anything in the motor under boost (pinging or detonation) mostly from the exhaust and its only that popping noise while under acceleration.
