Im looking for a full 3" downpipe (from end to end) Not the 2.5" in and 3" out some shops have. Im picking up a O2 extension that has a 3" out and theres no point in putting a downpipe that will cause a restriction with its 2.5" in, a bottle neck restriction.

All that I've seen Blitz, HKS, Greddy, 5zigen have that bottle neck. Why, I don't know. You could go witha custom setup.

Ikeya, and HPI Performance downpipes are both 3in from top to bottom.and they go from the turbo extension to the catback.so no need for a testpipe.im going to get the HPI downpipe.-9240sx

Check out LS Automotive's site. They sell an 3 inch elbow for $135. If you are using the stock elbow, then it doesnt matter if you have a 3 inch d.p. You're going to be restricted right at the start. http://www.lsauto.com/products.asp

And here's their down pipe that connects after the elbow, and it appears to be a full 3 inches.

I haven't bought any of their products to verify their claims, but I need a bigger elbow.

That downpipe looks welded around a few inches before the flange which leads me to think its also a 2.5 in and 3 out.

Yea im getting a 3" out turbo extension. How much is the HPI downpipe. Because then I can sell my 3" test pipe.
