Full 1993 200sx restoration (rust problems)

Hi,

I am currently working on full restoration of a 1993 nissan 200sx, however while sandblasting the underbody i noticed a lot of rust. I am looking for some advice on how to proceed or if i should just look for another car to restore. As it stands now, both frame rails need to be patched, part of the rear wheel wells have rusted through and as well as a few other spots.
