Ok.. i saw someone post something about the Fujita intake.. (mines in the mail on its way to me... 150 from jdm).. still selling my injen at my cost if anyones interested...

But i was cruisin on fujita's page and saw this... from 2007

It was a bunch of gibberish to me... but maybe it'll make more sense to you. What I THINK I got out of it is that INJEN got stuck with like 77K in attorney fees for Fujita.

yeah i cant copy past the address for some reason...anyways it appears to me in a quick glance that injen was suing fujita for taking their process of making the intakes... fujita won, and then won countersuit for legal fees
