I was wondering if theres any significant differences between the two, i am low on budget and wish to get decent parts and good prices lol

I know the fujita doesnt come with a heat shield, but what differences will it make?

Inputs and suggestions please :D

I have the fujita and I am happy with it. Injen does make quality product but for a SRI both does the same thing and there is really no difference in performance.

The heat shield is pretty useless where it is at. Also I heard the Mas sensor located on the Injen is not well placed since it rubs on the heat sheet under the hood.

Sound wise it is pretty much the same. The only difference wise is that Injen filter are much better. I am keeping the filter fujita came with for now since I am low on cash and plan on getting a K&N filter put on. The filter is more important then the pipe itself if you compare Fujita and Injen.
