I guess it's finally out on the market.

V6: http://www.imageinmotion.com/FUJITA14-SR-2825.htm

4-banger: http://www.imageinmotion.com/FUJITA15-SR-2828.htm

Hopefully it's just a generic pic they're using because the piping doesn't look like it would fit.

Boy these vendors are all out of wack.

According to Fujita's site, the 4Cyl version is part SR-2825 and the site you listed above is calling it a 6cyl.

No 3.5L version on Fujita's site yet.

Ahhh the joys of a new car

I continue to point things like this out because people should do research before purchasing a new part for a new vehicle.

...and with as much "Fujita-this and Fujita-that" we're seeing lately, I'm thinking maybe they should just come on board as an approved advertiser....

Man what is it with all these mix ups? At least they aren't trying to sell it as a 'true CAI.'

So, I'm ready to order my intake now and I did a search (good, i know) and found this thread. Clicked on the link and saw that the intake is free and only shipping is needing to be paid. Has anyone ordered the fujita (or anything) from this site and actually received the product with just paying the shipping or is this more likely an error?

Looks like the Fujita doesn't come with a heatshield?

Besides that I actually like the way the Fujita looks installed more than my Injen... Oh well.

Really, you actually like the looks of the Fujita better? I think the Injen looks a lot better, especially where it dips downward. And I don't know if it's just me, but I think the Injen just looks of better build quality.

A heatshield doesn't do much especially if your car is idling at a stoplight or something since hot air will be all over the engine bay.

Fujita probably instructs you to remove the stock tubing for that very reason since they don't use a heatshield. After I took mine off the intake itself was cool instead of warm like it was with the tubing left on.

Here is a picture of mine

Like said before, I just think the tube helps direct cold air from the outside directly to the intake itself. I'm content with leaving mine on until I find a good reason to remove it. Air is air, and getting more air into the bay versus getting colder air into the bay wouldn't do much in my opinion. I just think the colder, denser air would benefit the combustion more.
