it should be a sticker that says CARB in caps i think, it just says that its legal to have in your car... that way if the cops pull ya over they cant say anythin. sometimes it might come on the intake but they might come separately just as stickers

neither did mine. i would've noticed. its prety plain besides the fujita plate on it
