Fujita intake problem!

so i bought a fujita intake and installed it fits perfectly and everything. doesnt move nice and stiff, but sometimes when i press the gass petal i feel a like something is tapping the throttle wire like a vibration, i dunno what it is any ideas? its not constant just feels like someone is flicking it and i can feel it through the petal then it goes away and comes back randomly. mostly vibrates between 10-25mph and 1-1500 rpms. i really dont understand i looked @ everything and its fully secure only thing i can think of is the throttle body. but it makes a noise like a peice of paper put inside a fan.

I get the same thing.... When I pres down on the gass pedal it starts vibrating but 3000 miles later still no problems so I dont think you needa worry about it

I have the very FIRST intake they made for the 3.5s, and I have no issues at all. Not sure what you are describing. Usually Prototypes give the most issues, not production pieces

The throttle pedal is attached to a rheostat. The only connection to the engine is electrical, and there is no "feedback" from the engine to the throttle pedal. Maybe there is some kind of vibration which you are feeling through the pedal attachment, but there is no possible way you can feel any resistance or movement from the throttle body.
