So yesterday i get my fujita cai, installed it in less than an hour. I noticed the brake pedal vibrates now.

I also noticed the 45* coupler that connects to the throttle body rubs the brake fluid reservoir, I trimmed it back some so it didnt rub, which eliminated most of the vibration.

Has anyone else had this issue?

clearances are super close.

Hmmm, I'd be a bit careful with that. After awhile wouldn't it compromise the brake reservoir and maybe cause it to crack due to pressure and vibrations?

I don't know how the Fujita bolts up but you should be able to loosen the bolt and push it back towards the firewall more.

Well im just worried about it breaking the brake fluid reservoir. It sounds really good. Im happy with the performance of the intake.

im gunna call you when i get those strut bars btw.

almost wishing i bought the aem, but i cant see spending over $200 on a intake (i paid 120 shipped for this one)

I will figure something out, even if i have to have a bracket welded on.

Can't you loosen up the clamps at both ends of that silicone coupler/elbow and rotate it to gain some clearance then retighten? You may even need to do the same for the rest of the system to buy yourself some wiggle room. If none of that works, I guess if you have a strut bar you could maybe wrap a long zip tie around the strut bar and the intake to lift it away from the reservoir.

No bolt or bracket huh? So the whole thing isn't sported in anyway? just hangs from the throttle body? That's probably your problem right there; the weight of the intake kit pulling down and putting pressure on the reservoir.

Hot engine bay + plastic brake reservoir + constant pressure on the reservoir... not a pretty picture.

I fixed it, i loosened the 2nd hose and extended the intake back towards the firewall.
