Fujita Intake 06 M35X

Installed the Fujita intake about 2 weeks ago and lastnight the Service Engine Soon light came on. Any idea why? How to fix this? I followed the instruction, and disconected the battery during install. The OEM MAF is insatalled as well.

I have fujita intake installed and I haven't had any problems with it. You should double check all the connections, especially the hose towards the throttle body.

Code P0171 came up, and P0171 Pending. The light went away for a good two days and came back yesterday. Anyone with the same codes after installing intake? What did you do to fix this? I have only had the intake in for maybe 300 miles.

how many miles on your car? have you searched what P0710 mean? i don't think it's MAF related but more with O2 sensors.

I have 66,000 miles on the car. Code P0171 means the system is to lean in bank 1. I researched the code and it can be several things. I was wondering if anyone had the same expirence after installing an intake.

i think you had an air leak in the intake! check the intake again.

How do I check the intake for a leak?

reassemble it again!! or let someone accelerate while u opening your hood. and check for any weird sounds!
