Finally able to get some time and confirm that my shaved/reduced backspaced OEM R35 wheel's fit tuck under the rear.

I took the 10.5 rears, and had a wheel shop increase the offset to apprx. +37-ish. Bolt holes were re-inforced with the same amount of material taken off, so the bolt holes don't look too pretty but you can't see them with the lugnuts on.

Rears tuck under with the 275/30's, no fender pull or any additional negative camber dialed-in. No rubbing either. Sitting on the D2 CO's, at about 27" right now.

Here's a quick and dirty prelim shot:

they will clear GTR's bbk so they will definitely clear g37s calipers.

I thought he raised the offset by grinding it down the back spacing on the hub,

I don't think the 10-12 mm would make it hit the little g37s caliper.

You're right, I had the AKebono calipers PC'd in Ferrri yellow. But that was on my 06 M35, however, I held on to my calipers, just need to source the rotors and ss lines again and they are going back on.

Will definitely posts some nicer/clearer pics soon.

Yea, I didn't mock it up to make sure yet, bu also keep in mind that I reduced (increased?) offset on just the rears. The rear calipers are 2 pot? I believe, and are significantly smaller than the fronts. So I should have more than enough clearance. I believe I may also go with a 10mm spacer in front, just to push the rears out a little bit to be flush, or at least square with the rears.

Remember the element 114 on sale a couple of months ago or so, I scored one of those, paid $350 delivered! And another $75 to install thanks to Donald over at Carzone here's a pic of it just before going on...

I'm very, very happy with the tone/note and decibel level...it quite frankly is like a symphony to my ears! The dyno-butt notices the differences too!

Tint on windows and tail lights is next, prolly do a dual spoilers on it, my ferrari yellow BBK will get installed on my next oil change...and then will prolly have it dyno tuned...so stay tuned!

If you dont mind me asking how much was it to increase the offset? Also what do you mean by they added material to the bolt holes? Also where are some updated pics with the BBK?

Mex, I think I paid $175 per wheel, I had 3 rears done (a spare just in case), which also included fresh paint. The end result wasn't the cleanest looking, in terms of the added material to reinforce the bolt holes, but you can't see any of that with the wheels on and lugnuts tightened.

While I was told it was safe, I wouldn't necessarily feel 100% comfortable tracking the car with these wheels. But the work seems good, all the wheels have the same measurements, the are perfectly round and balance out with minimal weight.
