Fuel Tank replacing?

anyone replace their fuel tank?

or have a good way of cleaning out a tank that has alot of water and grime in it? previous owner been using alot of cheapo gas, she said when she has less then 1/4 tank her fuel pump needs to get replaced......so it has to be cause of dirty tank

To effectively clean the tank you will need to remove it which is fairly simple. Just use some strong detergents (seafoam or something similar) and lots oh high pressure water. You have to make sure that you let the tanhk THOROUGLY dry or you will expeirence issues with water vapor.
