Alright so I narrowed my issue down to fuel related, car is idling real rough, loss in power, etc... running so rich it will smoke white smoke at idle and the exhaust smells like gas really strong. So anyways, pressure tested the fuel system earlier today and it lost 6psi within an hour. My injectors were just done in April, they are stock 370 pintle type from fiveo, so I'm hoping they are good. what am I looking for, bad o-ring or something?

Fuel pressure is 35 or 36 at idle, I forget, but I already followed somebody's instructions on checking fpr... People have been telling me possible leaky injector, they all ohmed out good but not sure where to go from here...

Running really rich causes black smoke out the exhaust, lots of white smoke is coolant burning off. Besides that you have early style pintle injectors which are prone to failure. Injectors can fail and still ohm out good. Fuel pressure directly after the filter should be ~43psi at idle. Did you have this problem ever since replacing the injectors?

Previous owner did the injectors, I only have reciept as proof but it was running excellent when I bought it, I've only had the car for a month. Also forgot to mention car has 33/53 codes. I am positive it's not coolant, did compression test and theres no oil in coolant nor has level gone down...

Nobody has an opinion on the fuel system losing pressure? I've read it should hold 50psi for a few hours... I'm having a hard time troubleshooting this issue.

*EDIT- ran ecu test for o2 sensors and they passed that test as well.

Do you have a pressure tester to see what the fuel pressure is coming out of the filter? If not you can buy one for cheap, like $10-20. Then put the test in the fuel line coming off the fuel filter and turn the car to ON. The fuel pump should prime and the pressure should go up. Then turn it off and see if the pressure bleeds off too quick. If it doesn't, then you are loosing pressure somewhere after the filter. If it bleeds off quickly then the problem is before the filter.

And the running rich part is most likely from the injectors, what brand are they? They're probably running rich which toasted your O2 sensors and cats, making you exhaust smell bad

I said my fuel pressure is 35ish at idle, which is acceptable according to the write-up I read somewhere on one of these Z forums. According to my ecu o2 diagnostic the sensors aren't bad. I also said my injectors came from fiveo. When I pressurized the system I took the return line and the feed line after the filter and connected them with a T to run 50psi regulated air to it. It lost 6psi in an hour, which apparently is not good and leads me to believe the problem is definitely after the filter. I guess I can pull the injectors out but I did everything I could to isolate which cylinder could be having the issue with no luck.

The loss of pressure so fast could be a loose clamp on ANY of the fuel lines, try looking at the ones around the fuel filter and on top of the intake first.

Pull your plugs. If any of them look wet and smell strongly of fuel, you have a leaky injector/o-ring. It is very possible the o-ring could of had a small leak, nothing really noticeable and just got worse with time.

Plugs weren't wet, looked clean and I re-gapped. I pulled coils 1 at a time while running and each time made the idle drop. I've checked all the basic, simple stuff as I've done my research, but I'm running out of ideas and don't feel like ripping it apart without knowing really why.
