I am just in the planning phase of the build right now, and I am just needing some advice to make sure everything comes together as planned.
It will be a 2.6L Brian Crower stroker with a turbo kit from Godspeed and AEM series 2 stand alone ECU to tie it all together. The wastegate is rated at 7psi, so does that mean the turbo won't go above 7 PSI? With boost being added to the system I'm going to beef up the fuel system also. Later in the future I plan on switching turbos to a large t3 unit that will make the system good for 600 hp. That's my goal. So I figure I might as well build the fuel system to be able to withstand 600 to begin with. My thoughts are: 300 l/hr pump, and 1200 cc/min injectors. Is this over building? Will these parts work together? I think I will also need a fuel pressur regulator, but don't know what pressure I would need.

I know this is all kind of a mess but hopefully someone will understand and share their thoughts. The end goal is 600 hp. What fuel system will I need to support that, and will it also function while only putting out between 200-300hp.

I have an eprom. Tune and can go anywhere from 10-25 posi. At. Lower boost levels I run a little rich but it still works. Your wastegate will only go to 7psi unless you have a boost controller. With that setup I would run a dual fuel pump setup both wired seperately with 30 amp relays. IMHO I'd use 1000 CC inj for 30+ psi unless running e85...than 2000cc. If running dual pumps. You will definitely need an for because the stock regulator will be overpowered and fuel pressure to high....plus a fpr can be used to fine tune your afrs.
