Like the title says I got fuel, spark and I set the timing to factory last night but the damned thing still wont start. It turned over for less than a second last night and hasn't even come close since then. When I did the timing I went by the notches on the crank pulley b/c the off colored links on the timing chain weren't there. I turned the crank around about 3 times looking for them and could not find em so I just lined it up like the guide told me to from the 2nd notch to the left on the crank. Then I lined up the CAS notches according to the FR sport guide. Be4 this I had a problem with ground wires smoking but that has since been solved by putting a grounding kit on the block although the battery ground still gets somewhat warm its not smoking or burning hot so im guessing thats fine (its the ground off my KA and has some corrosion). BTW when we turned the crank we took a flashlight and looked down into the block to make sure the piston in cyl#1 was tdc and it appeared to be. Any ideas?

you could be 180 out on timing.........pull the cas out turn the motor over one complete rotation and put it back in.....see if it will start then
