You have all 3 things needed for combustion. Must be wrong injector and/or spark plug firing order. That'd be my guess. Does it try to run at all?

Well your could try spraying some starter fluid in the intake, or maf. Might be the CAS. How did you time it? Mechanical or with a light? Check the mechanical timing. Also check your plugs and gaps.

ok so its timing and fuel. the mechanical timing is right but i guess the cas was put in wrong or is bad or somthing. i sprayed starter fluid in the throttle body and it back fired out of the throttle body so that means timing right. but i wasnt getting anything from the gas in the tank so that means the gas in the tank is bad too right
