Fuel signal problem....

I have went through all the wiring and then had a friend that went through the wiring as well and all the wiring was good...

It wont turn over using the key, so we tried jumping the starter. That got it running, but it is only running on one cylinder. Cylinders 2,3, and 4 are dry.... they have spark going to them. We tried two different ecu's and 2 different ignitor chips... The fuel pump is working fine. When you turn the key to standby you can hear the fuel pump prime and the relays click when you try to start it... we bridged the nuetral switches so that shouldnt be the problem... any ideas would be greatly appreciated..
