Fuel Sending Unit

Hello, I have a 92 Pathfinder SE and need a new fuel sending unit....one of the connectors snapped trying to change the fuel lines.

The part number for my 92 (build date 10/91) is 25060-41G02. This is the part listed for production dates 1988 - 10/92.
Part# 25061-61G05 (replaced by 25061-85P05) is for the 93-95 model years.

Does anyone know the difference between 25060-41G02 and 25061-85P05 because the older part number is a $100 more. All these trucks have the same gas tank and fuel pump, so I'm wondering what changed with the sending unit? 93 was the year they changed a few things, but I'm thinking it may be the harness, which in that case I'll splice the old one in.
