sup everybody, I'm wondering about these products to see if they really save fuel or not, im sure that some of them don work at all like the torando products and others that are similar to it. Can you guys tell me if other fuel products you heard of dont work. Oh yea almost forgot do anybody knows if the fuel magnetizer work or not it suppose to positively charge to fuel and negatively charge O2 for a better combustion. Any thing would help thx.

Nope.

There's a thread somewhere here by Jesda where the "Mythbusters" busted ALL of them.

Save your money for a proper tune-up and proper tire inflation - That'll save more gas than anything else.

Buy a transition that goes from 1" diameter to the diameter of your intake. Fit it in there with worm clamps and off ya go. Oh ya, and be sure to have your ECU re-programmed for the new, lower air flow. Perfect - you'll definitely get better gas mileage .... you may only have 33 rwhp, but you'll get better gas mileage. Let me know if you need anything else.

best way to get good mileage is make sure ur car is stock spec & up to par (fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, other maintenance). slightly increased tire pressure (you have to play around w/ this depending on ur tire).

Most of all, not driving like you are racing all the time - this kills the most gas the fastest.

Other things you can do, drive w/ absolute minimal weight - i.e. don't have 100lbs of stuff in ur trunk all the time. Remove back seat, passenger seat, etc - this will save you a small amt in the long run - less weight = less gas needed to run the car .

freebie junkyard pickup, fuel mizer= waste of cash I am extremely hard driver so I honestly cant say if it gave me better mileage but it didnt give any extra power so I'd think no better mileage would come from the same power.I will install it on my wifes 4.3 jimmy and see if it helps,I will let you know.

Buy a wideband and a fuel controller and the KA can usually be run a bit leaner.

You might make the money spent back in 5-10 years depending on your driving habits.

Good luck

OR get some real horse power and instead of using an engine in your car, just have it pulled by a horsie. Although I don't know what the monthly bill would be to feed that beast :-p. But you can alwayes keep him in your garage, and if thats not an option they look really good in a living room .

I have tried the fuel magnets.... makes excellent hard drive eraser and oil deposit collector.DONT buy any of those things. If you want to save fuel, try using methanol or those new e85 fuels. Also, I heard that 151 proof alcohol could function. If you live in a windy area you could install a sail and sail away!!

aite so none of those things actually work. guess they just want to sell those thigs for money. I dont mind wasting gas at all but you know if they save gas i would get so i dont have to spend that much money. Oh well I guess i use that money to buy an intake and exhaust, if i drive rite i can save gas with those on, naw i hav a lead foot
